Return and Refund Policy

Returns are not allowed on custom orders.  Photos will be sent during the creation of custom orders for approval.  When we send the photos for approval, we stop production  until we receive a response.  So, it is very important to watch your email while we are creating your custom order.  

Stock items can be exchanged within 30 days.  However, they need to be returned to us in like new condition.  Once received, we will issue you a credit that can be used anytime with in the next 365 days.
